Order Process

We have a new Shopping Cart! You can purchase most of out items here and upload your artwork for custom products. We will not begin production until you have approved the artwork.

Or you may fill out the Request Form and we will contact you by email to work on your project. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with submitting the artwork.

Our artist will send a visual proof for changes and your approval. Once you approve, an invoice will be emailed to you. Prepayment is required to proceed with your order. You may pay by credit card or through PayPal to payments@smartcharms.com.

Production takes about 5-10 business days (M-F). We normally ship tags by USPS Priority Mail. Trophies are shipped by FedEx ground.
